Bicycle & Cargo Bicycle Repairs
All components and bearings considered over 80% worn, will be recommended for replacement.
We will always contact you before any additional work is undertaken and all additional costs to be agreed
prior to re-assembly.
*Please note*
A charge of up to £20 may apply for the initial diagnosis or service assessment of any bikes, depending on the testing required. Additionally, should any underlying issues arise during the work that prevent us from continuing, a minimum hourly labor charge may be incurred if you decide to halt further work after it has already commenced.
*Collection Notice*
All bicycles are normally completed within 1–3 working days following the initial assessment. This timescale is provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on workshop demand, parts availability, and the nature of the work required. Once you have been notified that your bicycle is ready for collection, it must be collected within 48 hours during our normal opening hours unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with a manager in advance.
Storage charges of £10 per day may be applied to bicycles not collected after this period. If a bicycle remains uncollected for 14 days after notification, and we have made reasonable attempts to contact you, it may be considered abandoned. In such circumstances, A & S Cycles reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal with the bicycle to recover outstanding charges, storage costs, and associated expenses.
By leaving a bicycle here with us for repair, assessment, storage, or other work, you agree to these terms and conditions
